Sometimes, what sits behind the curtain of light in the shadows, is something very special. Like this tiny Black Capped Chickadee, a favorite of backyard bird lovers for his delightful singing, small form, and beautiful coloring. I would have never known this little fella was there, if it wasn't for a smidgen of light which filtered through the trees, illuminating his tiny black and white face with a glow as big as this small bird's personality.
