The sea responds to the impending storm with churning waves and a gusty spray of salt. As the storm rolls in, it's actually quiet, an eerie kind of silence almost. The shoreline is empty, the birds are no longer flying and chirping their musical concert, for they've all taken shelter. It won't be long now, but it will pass quickly. The waves may churn for a little longer, but the sky will open up and reveal the glow of the sun again, as soon as it's safe.

I am an artist living in Tennessee, and I love to spend my days in nature enjoying life's most serene and peaceful moments, whether it be landscapes, watching birds and wildlife, or experiencing the beauty of a simple flower.
