My beautiful irises have been paired with a background texture from the Illumination 2 Collection from The Daily Texture. This image is part of a project I completed where I paired the flowers with 32 different backgrounds from various collections to see what works best with flowers. The project was turned into a blog post titled "The Top Texture and Background Collections To Use With Your Flower Photos" and you can read it and see all 32 of the images on the blog at DailyTexture.com . It was hard to make a choice for my gallery here, but I didn't want to upload all 32 of the flower images, so I picked one which appealed to me the most from the bunch. The light on this one, paired with a texture background from the Illumination 2 Collection, was inspiring to me because of the beautiful glow on top of the flower petals, so it became my choice.
